We operate a seven day delivery service in London, with same day orders taken until 5 PM, Monday to Sunday inclusive. For Flower Delivery to the UK (outside of London), we operate a Tuesday to Saturday next-day delivery service for orders taken by 3pm on the previous day.  Flower Station does not provide specific delivery times and generally, our flower delivery can take place any time between 8am to 8pm. Any requests for delivery time slots will be considered and we will do our best, but they will not be guaranteed. You can always contact our Customer Care representatives via info@flowerstation.co.uk to confirm if your request can be fulfilled. I was trying to send a flowers to a friend who recently got engaged from Dublin. I googled flower shops near her area and discovered flower station. The website was so easy to navigate and I got constant updates by email re my order. The flowers were beautiful aswell and delivered on the day I chose .

I'm gonna mean this from the bottom of my heart, I've used SEVERAL SEVERAAAAALLLL florist shops before. But omg NOTHINGGGGG TOPS THIS PLACE. I live in usa and I was looking for next day flowers to london for my mum - I ordered super late - BUT they arrived the next day and it was the most beautiful bunch. They were beautifully put together, fresh, even better than the picture. Mum was so so happy seeing them, she also sent me a picture 1.5 weeks later and honestly THEY LOOKED THE EXACT SAME. This place is going to be my go to from now on - s/o to the florist, the whole team and the management for making this company so perfect. If you're thinking about ordering DO. IT. NOW.

I needed same day flowers by a certain time in the day. I emailed to check whether a particular time (approx 5hrs later) would be possible, the response was they cannot guarantee a time but they have a partnership with deliveroo  and the drivers are normally there within the hour, I thought perfect let me order... no where was it mentioned that is I wanted to use the deliveroo service I'd need to book via deliveroo it did not read as such, I thought it would be the same as ordering a Wagamamas via the wagamamas site which is then delivered via deliveroo for example. when I called to check the status of my order (several hours later) I was told it would be another few hours I explained what I had been sent via email and a very rude customer representative replied read me the email, which I did and explained that no where does it say I needed to order via the deliveroo app he said what do you think the word partnership means? I was taken a back and explained why the email was not clear he said you just dont understand the email. He was extremely rude and condescending. I would not use this service again, The flowers also were not fresh or as pictured.
