Bosch BITURBO tools are designed especially for use with Bosch Professional 18v ProCORE 8ah or 12ah batteries. Using these high capacity batteries unlocks a performance boost which enables these powerful cordless tools to deliver the same performance as their corded counterparts, but without the inconvenience of having to run a power lead through to the work area. They will also run on all standard Bosch Professional 18v lithium ion batteries, but at a redcued capacity. Bosch ProCORE batteries are also fully compatible with the rest of the Bosch professional 18v range.

The GBH 18V-45 C is an 18v SDS Max rotary hammer drill which is designed for heavy duty drilling and demolition tasks. It is suitable for drilling holes of up to 45mm diameter in concrete or 125mm in masonry (with hollow core bits). Hammer only mode and a vario lock function also mean a wide variety of SDS Max chisels can be used. An illuminated control panel and integrated worklight help to ensure excellent visibility in all conditions, and as the GBH 18V-45 C is part of the Connected range, it is also Bluetooth compatible.

Going cordless gives you much more convenience, but Bosch wanted to make sure that ergonomics and useability were unaffected; in fact, the GBH 18V-45 C is up to 700g lighter than comparable corded machines to help reduce fatigue. Additionally, vibration control rubber padding and a soft start motor with variable speed control are combined with safety features such as Kickback Control and a Rotation Control clutch to ensure maximum comfort and control during day to day use.
