Outdoor Experience Days: Gather your friends and take to the treetops with this wonderful high ropes challenge in the Yorkshire woodlands! A high ropes adventure is the perfect experience for anyone who is looking for an exciting, fun challenge with friends, a family day out, or an opportunity to do some team building with colleagues. The high ropes course is nestled in the middle of dense woodlands - a beautiful place to spend a fun morning or afternoon - you really will feel like you have gotten away from it all!

The high ropes experience begins at the activity centre, with a safety briefing and an introduction to the high ropes experience that awaits you. You'll learn about the safety system that you'll be using when your out on the ropes, and you'll be fitted and kitted out with your gear. Then, it's off into the woods to take on the challenge! You and your group will start with a quick practice session to get used to the safety system, ensuring you feel totally comfortable and confident out there among the treetops.

During the high ropes experience you'll face some fantastic obstacles and challenged, from scrambling through the tree tops and balancing on 30ft high poles to whizzing through the woods on zip wires. There are obstacles at ground level for you to get across, and plenty of problems to solve along the way. The experience is perfectly suitable for all age groups and abilities, with no experience necessary to enjoying the adventure. So grab your friends and get climbing!

Sophie encouraged and motivated, especially when I was "stuck" at the top on the bird table. We can highly recommend this high ropes course. We would have liked to have spent more time at Ripley Castle as it seemed a lovely place but unfortunately we were pushed for time.
