Bosch ADVANCEDROTAK 36V-40-650 36v Cordless Rotary Lawnmower 400mm
A superior 3 tonne trolley jack designed for professional use. The unique design and extra-wide base increases stability when in operation and the extremely large twin-piston 'Quick Lift' facility enables the jack to reach full height in 4.5 strokes. The ram and pump units are fitted with premium seals for enhanced performance and lifespan. Attached with a magnetic filtration system ensuring the pumps hydraulic oil is consistently kept free of contaminates, greatly improving the jacks lifespan. The 5 grease points ensure the lifting arm and axles are continuously lubricated, whilst the integrated rubber saddle pad helps prevent damage to the underside of vehicles. Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Brilliant had a Bosch smaller model with 2 batteries so only had to purchase the actual machine. Cuts the grass with no problem would defiantly recommend the mower.
Although the handle seems to be a bit shakey it is an excellent product.
Bought to replace old Bosch mower that gave up the ghost after a hard life. This one is more sophisticated and a bit easier to manage, plus it seems to be more economical on battery life (maybe new brushless motor is more efficient?). We already had the necessary batteries, which saves on cost. Price was a good saving, and delivery fast. A good buy.
This is the fourth Bosch cordless mower I have bought, all similar. My last one still goes, (mostly) but is falling apart after 5 years of a LOT of use. Pleased with this one and hopefully it will last as long. They were very efficient with the sale and delivery of the mower. I had not purchased from them before, and will keep the business in mind should I need anything else that they may sell!
I bought this to replace a Rotak 37LI which suffered an accident, and have other tools that use the 36v system. Good points:- It cuts well and has a rear roller for stripes, and the inset front wheels allow cutting close to the edge. The big improvement is the grass box - fabric sided, and much easier to empty than the multi-piece all plastic one on the 37Li. Not so good:- Quite heavy - Ok, its a slightly wider cut than the 37, but I was suprised by how much heavier it is. The worst feature is the handle - it feels incredibly wobbly in use and it's hit and miss whether you get it to lock at the right height. However, it does fold flat onto the top of the mower, so if storage space is tight it can go under a shelf or bench. Overall, it's OK but not outstanding.
