This cordless starter kit includes a charger and two 2.0ah lithium ion batteries for Bosch 36v cordless garden power tools. The batteries have ECP (Electronic Cell Protection) systems for long life and feature charge indicator lights to quickly and easily check remaining charge at any time. The 36V-20 240v mains charger included with this kit is also suitable for charging 36v lithium ion batteries from the Bosch Professional (Blue) range of cordless power tools. Specifications Contents

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Good batteries and charger, I have 43 Li ion Ergoflex lawnmower. (silver front) Original battery is 4 ah and still runs well after 2 years but charger broke. I bought 2 x 2ah batteries and new charger as a set and wanted to extend the time because lawn is very big. What I noticed was, 2 x 2 ah does NOT last as long as 1 x 4ah. Also batteries get really hot and cannot be charged immediately after use(4 ah does not get hot) 2 ah battery is smaller and difficult to get in and out of mower. I found out that there is a newer version of my mower, but with the same name, which is supplied with 2 x 2ah batteries. I suspect that they work better in this newer version.(black front) I think, on reflection, I should have bought 1 4ah plus charger, but it wasn't very clear in the description. I hope they last as long as my 4 ah battery, as they were quite expensive!
