The DKN AM-E exercise bike is built to ensure quiet operation and challenging workouts at home. It comes with an 8kg (17.6lbs) flywheel and a 32-level resistance system that is computer controlled to enable you to easily adjust the intensity of your training sessions. The bike is equipped with an LCD console that helps you achieve required fitness goals providing you feedback on time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, recovery, Watts and RPM. It also offers a choice of 1 manual and 12 pre-set programmes as well as a Heart Rate Control, a user and a Watt mode. To measure your pulse while training you can use either grip sensors or a wireless receiver with a chest belt (optional extra).

It is very easy to complete assembly. The screen is brightly illuminated and hence very easy to read. You can learn how to use the different modes quickly. I thoroughly enjoy the use of this machine to help me to keep fit.

I may have submitted previously but in view of the excellent customer support I got a second review is fully justified. This bike bike appears well constructed and solid. The console first received was faulty. Response from customer support was extra prompt as was delivery of replacement console within 48 hrs. All has since been well. Long may it last, Well done DKN

Great exercise bike! Lots of different programmes to choice from. Only issue I have is that it feels unsteady when cycling powerfully but nothing too serious. I'm 4'10" and my feet can't reach the floor when on the bike but I can still reach pedals perfectly.
