Integrated MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System)
MIPS is designed to reduce rotational forces that can result from certain impacts. By integrating it into the retention system, it reduces complexity and weight giving a more compact, better ventilated helmet that fits closer to your head.

The Bell 4Forty MIPS is a solid trail helmet with great protection, MIPS technology, and good ventilation. The fit is adjustable, and the extended rear coverage adds confidence on rough trails.
