Delivery Services

(*Free delivery and Express delivery services are not available for orders to International countries; out of area postcodes in the UK and a products that require a specialist delivery. A surcharge of £5.95 may be applied for deliveries to out of area postcode deliveries. Deliveries involving specialist or dangerous goods that necessitate additional precautions, such as marking transport units, declaring information to authorities and shipping companies, and handling documentation, may incur extra fees. A surcharge of £1 may apply to these items, with a specific charge of £4.95 for batteries.

We have a number of Home Delivery services available to you. Availability of these options will be shown at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 4pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. When selecting 'Next Working Day' - Orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday or anytime on Friday, will be delivered on the next working day which is the following Monday. For orders placed on a non-working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date

Free Delivery is not available for Over-Sized parcels, such as Exhausts, Radiators & Headlamps.

Click & collect

Free From 200+ Branches

To Reserve your products at one of our 250+ branches, simply choose Click & Collect at checkout method and enter your postcode. Our system will then check the latest stock at your nearest branches and if items are in stock you can reserve them by placing an order.

International Delivery

We offer delivery to European and many international destinations. For european countries, prices start from £4.45 and are calculated at the checkout page. Click here for a price guide.

For non-european countries, please select your parts and check out normally selecting your country; we'll then weigh your parcel and email you with the additional delivery charge. We can then proceed with your order once you have confirmed the additional charges.

Alternatively you can call the export team on +44 (0) 870 150 6506, and they will be happy to help with your enquiry and quote to export outside of the UK.

Returns

At Euro Car Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item. You can return your purchase to any of our Euro Car Parts Stores.

• Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
• Euro Car Parts must be informed of any return requests within 60 days of the original order date.
