With a mighty 1.6 Joules of impact energy & a pneumatic hammer action continuously variable up to 5100 impacts per minute, the KD860KA delivers the penetrative power needed to drill into even the very hardest of materials, including concrete & granite. Fortunately, all that vigour is balanced by a comfortable, user friendly design, featuring an ergonomic secondary handle for smooth control of the drilling action. The drill's lock on button supplies greater comfort during prolonged operation, & a convenient depth guide prevents drilling to too great a depth. Also convenient is the KD860KA's non-slip SDS Plus chuck, which permits quick & easy bit change, whilst ensuring total torque transfer. The drill comes supplied with 3 differently sized bits in a robust Black & Decker kitbox.
