Camera Cage for Canon C70 Camera

The Kondor Blue camera cage for the Sony EOS C70 camera provides protection and multiple accessory attachment options for a full cinema setup. It features a side, top, and bottom plate; each of which can be mounted independently of the rest. This structure provides an open design so that you can easily access all of the camera’s ports and controls. The cage offers an ARRI-style anti-twist thread on the side plate and includes multiple 1/4"-20 threads, two integrated NATO rails, a bubble level, 3/8”-16 ARRI threads, and two shoe mounts. The top plate includes magnetic tool storage for tightening the screw mounts and is compatible with the top handle, as well as the Canon microphone mount. The bottom plate features 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 steel tripod mounting threads and an HDMI cable clamp on the side of the plate. The two M4 threads provide additional lens support and allow you to achieve a standard 3.3” height above the 15 mm LWS rod system when paired with the Kondor Blue bridge plate.

Remote Trigger Top Handle

The remote trigger top handle of the cage is mounted using a NATO clamp and features multiple ARRI-style twist threads, 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 threads, two cold shoe mounts, and a single 15 mm rod. They provide numerous accessory attachment options in addition to the pre-inserted 3/8”-16 to 1/4"-20 bushings in the ARRI-style threads. There is also a start/stop button on the handle and a LANC port that can be used to connect to a variety of camera models including Panasonic, Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, and others. The package includes a long micro-USB cable for Sony Alpha series cameras and a LANC cable, both. It is made from aluminium for maximum durability and offers an ergonomic, comfortable grip design.
