Liz Earle Smooth & Glow Exfoliating Tonic is the second step of your daily glow routine. Apply after Cleanse & Glow Transforming Gel Cleanser, morning and night. Follow with Revitalise & Glow Illuminating Gel Moisturiser. â STEP 1â: Twist up cap. Pour a generous amount onto a reusable cotton pad. â STEP 2â: Sweep over your face and neck.
