Middy Wht Knuckle Thriller V3 Pole 8.5M

Bought this from Chatham store. First time out hooked and landed a 10lb mirror carp on the lighter yellow elastic fitted to one of the top two kits. So have no doubt the blue will land bigger lumps.

got the pole from the Chatham Store and the as well the free spare top two kit ready-elasticated with Hi-Viz 18-20 was missing,
did get some money off

I am new to fishing but had a go on a pole rig down at a local canal when I was walking by dog. The guy got me hooked, so I went out and bought this pole.

Well.. my 2nd time out with it, I caught a 11-12lb sturgeon using the 8 "yellow" elastic, 6lb main, 4lb hook line with a 14 hook! The rig should have snapped but didn't! Even the elastic held out although the plastic connector at the top cracked.

Brilliant pole - I use all sections apart from the final section (the one that doubles as the storage container).

For the price spot and is also light used it for the 1st on the 2nd of april 2016 easy to use i was catch carp the smallest being 4lbs biggest 10lbs i recomend this pole for those trying for the 1st time.tip 1st time users only use 4 or 5 sections then go up to 8 once used to it good luck fellow fisherman :)

Fished at blake hall first time I,'ve pole fished caught 2 carp 11 pound and 12. 1/2 pound no problems. Pole easy to use great piece of kit at a good price.

An excellent addition to a margin pole set up. Handles large carp with surprising ease when fitted with a good hollow elastic and puller kit.
Only downside is quality of finish on the midddle sections hence not given a 5/5 stars.

Overall though,good value.
