Amazing hat
My husband and I love our Tilley hats. I'm still on my first hat, and it looks as good as new. It is comfortable in all weathers, and the fore and aft straps mean that it doesn't get blown off when we're sailing. My husband is on his third hat. The first one got a hole in it, but it was replaced for the cost of £5 postage. The replacement is still fine, but he wanted another one "for best"!

I have lusted for a Tilly for many years but thought I couldn't justify the relativity high cost. However, after many cheaper failures, I went for it. Best move ever! No question as to its Value for Money!,

Best hat ever
Have had my Tilley for twelve years and it's like new I wear it for hill walking, kayaking, cycling, fishing and just to keep the sun off my balding head on holiday. It floats, is uv protective , scrunches up into any bag and pops back out good as new. Pocket inside for money, two straps for securing sun glasses clip, I've worn this hat all over the world and it's been washed umpteen times, dropped, fell in lakes, blown down mountains and is still as good as new- and when it wears out its guaranteed ! Buy one

Best hats out!
These hats are the best on the market. I have had mine for about14 years and it's as good an new. I bought this one to replace my husbands hat as he left it in Sicily! It was sadly getting frayed at the edges but the lighter weight ones seem to go on for ever. Worth the expense. We use ours for sailing, to keep dry when cycling,etc You name it!!

Hat for all seasons
With thinning hair and reluctance to wear a cap or sun screen in my hair I treated myself to a Tilley based on the success my wife has had with hers over many years of use. The brim works really well to reduce reflective glare on glasses and the wind straps are easy to apply and adjust. I do not expect to clip the sides up but it may be an important feature to some.
