The Hi Gear Typhoon Waterproof Overtrousers are a lined overtrouser made with a 3M Teflon coated polyester shell, that are very hardwearing but thin enough to comfortably fit layers underneath.
The elasticated waistband means that they fit every shape and can be adjusted for comfort.
They have one useable pocket and one through pocket so you can reach inside to get those non-waterproof items out.
With a 3/4 leg zip, you won't have to remove your boots to get them on and you can ventilate if the temperature is warm, but the weather's wet.
bought for daughter to wear on D of E
came back with dry legs.. what more could you want
decent product, great price
Bought these for our disabled daughter to take on a residential holiday. They fit nicely over other layers and helped keep her warm and more importantly dry. Would recommend 100%
Have several pairs of these now, great comfort, keeps you warm and dry
Great product, super price. Trousers come up quite big so bought a smaller size than usual, fabric really easy to wear and very comfortable
I've only had these a few weeks but have been wearing them quite a lot and they're comfy and fit me well. Not had the chance to test them in heavy rain yet, but they're fine so far in moderate showers and wind. Good price too.
Very comfortable.Wore them over a pair of thermal tights - perfect for a 3 hour hill climb in zero degrees. Washed and dried well. Very good price.
Brought these for trip to Norway, well worth the money and really suitable for the weather conditions
Absolutely perfect.
Love these over trousers. Like other people I have struggled to find trousers in shorter lengths. These are a perfect length for me as well as being light, comfortable and cheap!
bought these as they seemed a good (cheaper) alternative to berghaus, but i have been wearing them less than a year and already have holes developing along the side of the tape on the seams. Also they wont put up with rain for more than a couple of hours
All my local outdoor gear shops only sell ladies' trousers in Long so I was glad to find Short available online. I'm pleased I ordered a 14 instead of a 12 as the waist is snug, but this would be a good thing in snow/mud.
Not actually worn them out yet but I still know they will be fine. Great value for money, and they came in different leg lengths which was what I had difficulty in finding.
Really odd on sizing. This was my second pair. First pair fitted well second pair which I returned came up very small.
