Excellent product. Compact, easy to clean and cools food & drink for transporting in your vehicle.

Good price and quality

Cable is not in best place as it gets trapped in lid/handle when opening or closing whatever way round you place it.

Good price and holds enough for a couple of nights away. Good value for money over all.

Positives: Tall and slim. Good capacity
Negatives: No on/off switch on this model. Cable is short and not detachable from the unit. Lid is tricky to remove with the cable connected to it.
Overall. Good size, works well enough but compromised.

Handy cooler to have in car - plugged into 12v socket

Doesn’t keep anything cool. The ice blocks turn to water in a few hours and the fan only works when the car is running. It’s really bulky and doesn’t fit much in it.

It’s not very good as the wire keeps getting stuck in the handle when trying to open it

Great product and a decent price. Disney come with the mains adaptor as some models have but still great for use in the car!

Used over a weekend away in roasting hot Temperatures worked well and kept everything cool.

Very good product and value for money use bit all ready for picnic and bbq just right size for what I need have recommended to few people and think couple have even been and got to love it

The product clearly states that it comes with a car adaptor. However, I wish I understood that this meant it was only suitable for the journey to and from the campsite when driving my vehicle. My car switches off the power supply to such chargers when the ignition key is removed, and the cool box does not store electric to keep operating afterwards, although it does retain cool temperatures well (not suitable for longer that a day especially if warmer weather).
The adaptor is not interchangeable so unless you have a charging station compatible with vehicle plugs/adaptor, you would not be able to use at electrical hook up points at a campsite.
More appropriate for day trips and picnic.

Bought for short camping trip, big enough to keep the basics cool, fantastic for family trips out too.

This cooler box is just like using a fridge it keeps your drinks cold and your food fresh great for work days out and camping reasonably quiet motor which after a few minutes you don't even hear it

The electric coolbox has been excellent at keeping drinks cool and food fresh on my recent trip round France in 30+ degree heat.
Used with ice packs I have found it to work really well in the car and remains cold for beyond 8 hours.
The lid was initially a bit of a pain but after a day or so it stops being an issue as you learn to use it.
The capacity is good (holds three bottles of wine standing upright) with room for a pretty decent picnic.
For the price it's great but remember it's not a fridge so you just need to be realistic with your expectations.
All in all I am happy I got this model.

Quite noisy, wire gets in way of handle, heavy lid, not very cool, and drained a 20Ah portable battery in about 3 hours.

If you can spend more, you should.
If you can get electric hookup, get a 240/12V converter (I'm thinking of getting one for next time, or ditching this and getting a decent fridge instead).

absolute rubbish,i fealt like throwing the damn thing in the sea,poorly designed from start to finish,i ended up taking the handle off so that i could get in the damn thing and when i did the food was barely cool and to top it all off it drained my brand new leisure battery completely. After purchasing my cool box lidl came out with one that had easy access and also had 240 volts as well as 12,boy am i kicking myself now.As a point of interest do Go Outdoors ever product test what they sell

Works fine for me, handle gets in the way of lead sometimes but on the whole works with no problems, running off leisure battery no problem !
