Super combination
This footwear is a very successful hybrid between sandal and sneaker. Our grandchildren love them, and have no complaints even in the hot weather we have here at this time of year. Because the front end is more like a sneaker there is much better protection and more stability on the foot than with sandals, so they are quite OK for climbing trees, etc. The pull-tight laces are a bonus even a nine-year-old appreciates. They are wearing well, and I would say a well-pitched design, probably worth the full price.
