Comfortable wide fitting, light and well-padded. Waterproofing ok to start with, but once saturated they let moisture soak through. OK for moderately wet weather, wet grass etc but no more than that.

This shoe is completely, 100% NOT waterproof.

I have made the mistake of buying three separate pairs of Lo-Tec shoes/boots and every sinlge one was not waterproof.

Great for walking in an urban area (semi rural in parts), which is what I wanted. Perfect fit and very comfortable. All good so far.

These are fairly comfortable lightweight walking shoes. Initially they were slightly uncomfortable at the top of my foot where the shoe was digging in, however they took about 2-3 miles of breaking into and now they are very comfortable.

Great fitting shoe but I think I have one waterproof shoe and one that isn't . There is a quadra shoe at £30 which isn't waterproof

Hi-Tec trainers - excellent as always. Wide comfortable fitting, good sole and heel. I love Hi-Tec trainers and the price at Go Outdoors is more than competitive.

Well impressed,put these on in shop,felt so comfy,nice grip on pavement and wet grass,light weight too,stayed dry inside,walked 3miles straight away ,nfound them ideal so impressed got another pair before sold out.had them about 5 weeks walked daily for several miles showing no wear on soles .im impressed at this price.

Have had these for the best part of a year now, and use them for everything but serious hiking.

When I was caught out in the big snowstorm at the start of 2018, these surprisingly kept my feet warm and dry.

They still have plenty of life in them and show very little wear!

Bought for my son who wore them first on a 9 mile walk, they did hold and retain water which made them pretty heavy by the end of the day apart from that the were ok

Great so far. Couple of wet weeks and feet staying dry. Slide about a bit in deep mud, but easy to hose off. Very comfortable

Perfect for everyday use and long walks on mud and tarmac. I've walked many 15 miles a day treks in wet and dry weather, found them very comfy and reliable. I'm ordering another pair as just damaged the outsole, caught between bike frame and pedal.

Bought them and walked 11 miles the next day. Very comfortable from the start. Conditions and ground were damp and muddly but I avoided puddles and feet remained warm and dry. Nice lightweight footwear that handles general rambling well.

I bought these shoes as my goretex lined trainers had perished recently and these seemed to be a good every day replacement for walking the dog etc. I've had them 3 weeks and so far are waterproof and comfortable with only a slight rub on one toe after walking several miles one day. Definitely good value and build quality for the money.
