With a unique design that aids ventilation and a simple side entry point that let's you quickly access all your gear, Lowe Alpine's AirZone Pro 35:45 could easily become the only pack you'll ever need.
The adjustable AirZone Centro system allows for better ventilation, with the tensioned mesh and cut-out space giving greater breathability across your back area.
It uses their AdaptiveFit hipbelt and harness for extra stability and support when carrying heavier loads, which leads to a much more comfortable carry overall.
The floating lid allows you to expand the capacity from 35-45 litres which, along with the Spider Plate bungee system, afford you various extra storage options.
Their unique walking pole holders have a TPU cross grip for poles with spikes and a pull out elasticated loop for poles with rubber cap/bungs, so whichever style you prefer you've got the option to secure them safely.
An internal pocket holds a hydration bladder with exit points for the hose so you can drink on the go, but if you prefer to carry a bottle or two then there are large stretch mesh pockets on either side of the pack.
Bought this pack to do a week in the Yorkshire dales and it's faultless. Carried all of my kit, was very comfortable and also felt compact whilst on. Used it loads for day treks, weekends away, says at the beach and it's been perfect.
Decent value product that has everything needed for a days hike. Like the external side zip access and the handy pockets in the hip strap. The water holder pockets on the side are a good size and the extending top is a great feature. Cant fault it.
I use this rucksack for longer day walks where my day sack just isn't big enough. Lots of great features and plenty of adjustments to make it comfortable all day. Side pockets great for water bottles and lots of handy pockets to store odds and ends. Compared to the others I looked at it is good value for money. I've used it a few times now and have had no issues.
Out in the hills and chest strap snapped the plastic bit
Thought oh no but luckily had a some cable ties to temporaly sort till i get back
I will be going back to get a exchange
Otherwise a good bag
Great design and really well made!
Just come back from taking my new 35:45 Pro on its maiden test hike. Love it, first sack that has ever felt completely comfortable.
It's beautifully balanced and even for a big chap like myself the chest and waist straps are big enough.
Can't wait to get in the mountains and try it.
Bought this sac 4 months ago and have used it in preparation for and then on an Everest Base Camp trek, this sac has been just fantastic, I especially rate the map pocket on the front of the sac (map can be opened up to two folds and it fits in easily) also the pole parking design (by far the best design I've come across) which I have used many many times. The access zip to the main compartment is also real handy. Love it and am considering a smaller one for the Mrs.
This is an awesome bag, have tested several times on Dartmoor and hopefully will be going to the Lakes and Tryfan so will see how it performs there. Pockets really are brilliant; big back pocket, two waist pockets, two stretch water bottle pockets, exterior lid pocket, interior lid pocket, pocket inside the side-access flap, plus raincover pocket and hydration pack pocket! Only thing is you have to make sure all the right straps - there are a lot of them - are done up right which can be a little fiddly occasionally. But really comfortable, huge capacity available and smart looking too.
Plenty of space and pockets. Easy to get the fit right. Comfortable, have just carried mine around the Welsh 3000's through some horrible weather and my stuff stayed secure and dry.
Comfortable with good breathability. Useful side entry pocket for quick access and one main large compartment. Being able to expand it to 45 litres gives you the option of using it for overnight trips
