Britain's best-loved walking boots, the Berghaus Hillwalker II GTX  have been refined and improved by using super-soft Pittard's leather, offering a hardwearing and protective outer, but boasts the same comfort and support. The boots are equipped with a GORE-TEX(r) lining, offering super waterproof protection whilst allowing the feet to breathe. They're perfect for hikes or recreational walks in the British countryside.

  • Pittards WR100X 1.6-1.8mm full grain British quality leather upper - surprisingly light yet hardwearing and protective with high abrasion-resistance.
  • GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort lining - this technical lining seals water out of the boot while allowing moisture to escape to keep your foot dry and comfortable on the move.
  • Shock-absorbing EVA midsole - provides underfoot cushioning.
  • Rubber outsole - delivers reliable traction for the tough underfoot conditions.

Despite always cleaning and waterproofing boots after every walk they are leaking.
Definitely not worth the price and very disappointing from a supposedly top brand

First outing ..leaked

Very disappointed with these boots. Leaked in both boot..leather started to get dark brown, felt my toes cold, unfortunately they let in water. Wet terrain on the mountain with no rain.

This was an easy purchase to make as they were an extremely good price. I have used Berghaus before and find them very comfortable and hard wearing. I have only worn these around the house to make sure they fit however i am sure they will be fine. if they last as long as my other walking boots I will be very pleased.

Boots available in half sizes and mould snug to feet. When I had a problem outside the guarantee time Berghaus were quick to respond and very helpful. The boots were replaced within 2 weeks. Brilliant

Out of the box comfort

Bought these to replace my old Berghaus boots that I’d worn out! Went for the same brand as the previous pair gave me thousands of miles of dry feet.
I found that fabric boots made my feet too warm and have stuck to leather ever since.
These are out of the box comfortable, no wearing in needed, light weight, easy to get on and off as lace/tongue combination opens wide.
VERY pleased with product and price.

Purchased these recently as got a bit sick of gortex boots leaking all the time. I also have arthritis in feet and knees, so wanted a good quality boot, with good support.

Walked five miles in the in pretty rough terrain with no issues. I'm pleased with them.
