Innersoles
I found these to be the perfect thickness, to enable my foot to fill the boot, with people's feet being slightly different to each other in size, this is exactly what is required.

Comfortable fit
Unfortunately walking boots don't come in half sizes so this item made the pair of boots I had to buy (that were a size bigger than my normal shoe size) very comfortable and ensured the fit was much better

Having low volume feet I cannot get the correct length AND width so always need (extra) insoles to stop my feet moving around.
These do a fine job, although the only sizes available instore were tiny or 12+ but they cut down easily with a good pair of scissors
