HI-GEAR Men's Double Layer Walking Socks

Finally found a sock which aren’t too hot and crest blisters. I walked 11 miles in them with no blisters.

Double foot layer does help to prevent blisters but could do with being thicker.
Not too tight round the leg and could be longer.
Overall OK but would be better with a thicker sole and longer hose.
Overall I would buy again.

Comfortable socks but they have shrunk when washed on a medium wash cycle

heel worn thru after just a few times; double layering doesn't work very well at all

Both socks had holes in after a few weeks of occasional use. Avoid.

Comfy socks which never irritated my feet - but almost disposable items because they wear away incredibly quickly. Within 2 wks, 1 of my pairs wore completely through the 2 layers. Avoid at all costs

Wore these socks for a slow 4 mile walk and they get a hole in. It was only the 2nd time I have worn the socks. Wouldn't reccomend.

Finally a pair of relatively cheap double layer socks that work. Used for a week up the lakes, the only socks I will ever buy for walking.

Brilliant pair of socks to ware with your walking boots. i never realized how well they work until the other day when i just put on a pair of sports socks to go walking and after about half hour i could feel hot spots starting to rub on my heel and little toe , I've ordered a second pair now and highly recommended them

Five hour heavy hike around Snowdonia and these socks ripped my heels to bits. Used my brilliant Scarpa Manta Pro's for years and never had issues until I partnered these socks -- a slow walk for an hour or two you'll be fine although if you're feeling adventures don't bother! M

Never had any double layered socks before but you can really notice the difference when it’s cold. You feel the warmth right up to the top of the socks and they are super comfy. Really recommend.

Excellent comfort from a basic walking sock, good for cooler weather conditions.

I bought 1 pair of these a while back because I was getting blisters from my new boots. I could wear these socks and my blisters didn't hurt, and they are so comfortable and warm. I ended up buying another 3 pairs.

I bought several pairs of these for a four day hike and was blown away by how comfortable they were, mostly I didn't notice I was wearing them. The double wall construction shifts the friction to between the layers preventing blisters and for the whole trip a never had a blister or sore spot. Will definitely buy more

I thought I would try this value product but my feet went through the toe area after one wear very poor quality and I will revert to buying Bridgedale as they have lasted me for several years before the toe area failed. I could not return to store as I had shredded the receipt. The adage "You get what you pay for" comes to mind.

Bought 4 pairs of these and loved their comfort and washability. Not too hot but certainly snug I didn't want to take them off

Never purchase Bridgedale or other leading brand socks so long as these are on the market! I now have 4 pairs of these socks and they’ve never let me down. I’m in HM Armed Forces and wear these when I’m living outside in the rain for weeks on end. Even after wearing the same pair for 5 days straight, these socks felt like a fresh pair.
